trueCall’s Internet Control Panel allows you to:

• Review the calls you have received and made – including those that were blocked
• Edit the lists of people you do and don’t want to speak to
• Change the settings of your trueCall unit
• Remotely manage a trueCall unit for someone else – maybe an elderly parent or relative

Use of trueCall’s Internet Control Panel is free for a year from the registration date. At the end of the year you have the choice as to whether you wish to renew the service for a small annual fee. If you choose not to renew the service your trueCall unit will continue to operate as it is, and we will continue to support you - you just won’t be able to log in to your Internet Control Panel account.

trueCall’s database will hold details of your call records and the operation of your trueCall unit. This will help us to provide you with support for your trueCall unit, and allows us to analyse the call records of tens of thousands of trueCall users to identify nuisance calling patterns. We share anonymised calling data with regulation and enforcement authorities to help them prevent further nuisance calls.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you, and at any time can ask us to delete any personal data that we hold about you on our systems.

You will find your unique 12-digit serial number on the barcode label on the underside of your trueCall unit.
