Internet Control Panel upgrade
Your Internet Control Panel has been upgraded to give you new features to help you monitor and manage your calls.
Editing Options
You will notice that the way that you edit options has been updated to make it clearer. A popup gives you full information about the options available.
Map view on home page
We have added the new Map view to the home page. This gives you a snapshot of where your calls are coming from and going to. Click on the map to get more information and zoom in to see details of the calls to and from each exchange.
Graphical dashboard
There is a new tab available in your control panel - your Dashboard. This gives you a graphic view of the calls you have made and received. To turn on the Dashboard go to 'My Account' and check the box 'Show Dashboard (Beta test)'.
The home page Map view and the Dashboard are both on test at the moment and are not supported through our normal support channels. Go to the community website to share your experiences with other users, and if you have any suggestions please send them to feedback@truecall.co.uk.
