trueCall’s Internet Control Panel allows you to:
Review the calls you have received and made – including those that were blocked
Edit the lists of people you do and don’t want to speak to
Change the settings of your trueCall service
trueCall’s database will hold details of your call records and the operation of your trueCall Network Call Management system. This will help us to provide you with support, and allows us to analyse the call records of tens of thousands of trueCall users to identify nuisance calling patterns. We share anonymised calling data with regulation and enforcement authorities to help them prevent further nuisance calls.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you, and at any time can ask us to delete any personal data that we hold about you on our systems.
